When we were considering going with one of the “big developers,” we felt a sense of disconcern on their behalf. After meeting James, his trustworthiness and confidence won us over. He listened to our concerns and was constantly in contact with us, which made the process so smooth for my family.

I first came into contact with James Bello when my two daughters were relocating to Mount Kisco. Both were interested in building new homes.

Since I was vice president of Huff Engineering, my sons-in-law sought my advice in the evaluation of builders and options available to them.

At the meeting in which design, specifications, modifications and customizing options were discussed and selected, I became convinced that James Bello offered:

After the construction of both homes and the realization that my grandchildren were now a four-hour round trip away, my wife and I decided to relocate to Pound Ridge, a pleasant 20-minute drive from Mount Kisco.

Naturally, my first and only choice of the builder for my custom-designed new home was James Bello. On April 2, 1997, my wife and I moved  into our home. We continue to be thrilled with the house and pleased with our association with James Bello.
